The transfer paper and aluminum plate
are carefully aligned before pressing.

TRANSFER TO ALUMINUM
Transferred with heat and pressure
At around 200°C, heat and pressure
transfer the image onto the aluminum surface.

FINAL INSPECTION
Checked before delivery
We inspect the color, surface, and overall finish
before preparing the artwork for delivery.

Use the original photo when possible
When possible, send the original photo
from your phone or camera
rather than a screenshot or heavily compressed copy.
Choose a clear, well-lit image
Choose a photo where the people,
landmark, or scenery you care about
is easy to see.
Leave a little space around what matters
A little room around people,
landmarks, or important details
gives us more flexibility
when preparing the image to fit A4.
Portrait or landscape both work
Portrait and landscape photos can both be used.
We’ll prepare the image
to fit the A4 artwork format.

Every artwork is inspected before it leaves the studio. If something isn’t right, we’ll review it with you.

Before packing and shipping,
we check the finished artwork,
including its overall appearance,
surface, and condition.
If we find a clear production issue,
we address it before the artwork is sent.
If it arrives damaged or has a production defect
If your artwork arrives damaged,
has a production defect,
or the wrong artwork was sent,
please contact us.
After reviewing the issue,
we’ll provide a free remake and reshipment.
If a remake is difficult or not reasonably possible,
we may offer a refund as an alternative.

What isn’t considered a production defect
Some differences are part of working
with your original photo and aluminum.
These may include differences caused by:
- the quality, brightness, color, or focus
of the photo you send
- differences between a screen
and the finished artwork
- the gloss and reflections of aluminum
- normal cropping needed to fit A4
- damage caused after delivery
BEFORE YOU ORDER
A few things to know before ordering.
Because each piece is made from your photo, there are a few important things to know before ordering.
Your photo will be cropped to fit A4
Your photo is prepared to fit
the A4 artwork ratio.
If an important person, landmark,
or detail may be significantly affected by the crop,
we’ll contact you before production.
The finished artwork may look different from your screen
Color, brightness, and overall appearance
can vary between a phone or computer screen
and the finished metal artwork.
The glossy aluminum surface
also reflects light differently
depending on where it is displayed.
We don’t change what’s in your photo
We don’t remove or add people,
landmarks, objects, or other content.
We also don’t make major changes
to faces, bodies, or the scene itself.
Your artwork is made from the photo you send.
Please use a photo you have the right to reproduce
Please send a photo you took yourself
or one you have permission to reproduce.
If we cannot confirm that the photo
can be used for production,
we may need to ask for another image
or decline production.
Returns and exchanges have conditions
Because each artwork is made to order
from the photo you provide,
customer-requested cancellations, returns,
exchanges, or refunds generally cannot be accepted
after we have reviewed your photo
and started the artwork production process.
This does not apply to issues such as:
- shipping damage
- a production defect
- receiving the wrong artwork
After reviewing the condition,
we’ll provide a free remake and reshipment.
If a remake is difficult or not reasonably possible,
we may offer a refund as an alternative.
