A few simple points can help your photo finish beautifully. If you are unsure, you can send it as it is.
Use the original photo whenever possible
Please send the original photo whenever possible, rather than a screenshot or compressed image.
Choose one with clear detail
Photos where important details, such as faces and fur, are clearly visible are recommended.
Leave some space around the subject
Photos where people or pets are not right at the edge of the frame are recommended.
Portrait or landscape is fine
A4 artwork supports both portrait and landscape orientation.
You can send your favorite photo as it is, whether it is portrait or landscape.
If you are unsure, send it as it is
If you are unsure which photo will suit the artwork, send it as it is.
Our staff will review it one by one before production and contact you if anything needs confirmation.

We check the artwork before shipping. If there is damage or a production defect, we will review it and respond.

If a remake is difficult or not reasonably possible, we may offer a refund as an alternative.

Cases outside this assurance
The following are generally outside the scope of remake, exchange, or refund:
Differences in impression or personal preference; results caused by the quality, brightness, color, or focus of the original photo; differences between a device or monitor and the physical artwork; differences caused by the gloss or reflection of the aluminum surface; normal cropping to fit the artwork size; and scratches, damage, or stains caused by handling after delivery.

If an important subject such as a person or pet may be significantly cropped,
we will confirm with you before production.
The screen and finished artwork may look different
The colors, brightness, and appearance of the photo on screen may differ from the finished metal artwork.
Gloss and reflections on the aluminum surface may also change how it looks.
We do not make major changes to the content of your photo
We do not remove or add people or objects, composite images, change faces or body shapes, make major restorations, or generate content not present in the original photo.
Please send a photo you have the rights or permission to produce and reproduce
Please send a photo you took yourself, or a photo for which you have the rights or permission needed to produce and reproduce it.
If the required rights or permission cannot be confirmed, we may not be able to accept the order.
Returns and exchanges for custom-made products
Because this is a custom-made product, cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds requested for personal reasons are generally not accepted after we have reviewed your photo and started the artwork production process.
This does not apply to damage during delivery, a production defect caused by us, or an artwork different from your order.
After reviewing the condition, we will provide a free remake and reshipment. If a remake is difficult or not reasonably possible, we may offer a refund as an alternative.
